Attention Residents of Washburn – 2019 Municipal Elections
Nomination papers are now available for the following positions on the Washburn Town Council, the School Administrative District #45 Board of Directors, and the Washburn Water and Sewer District Board of Trustees:
One (1) position for a three (3) year term on the Town Council;
Two (2) positions for three (3) year terms on the School Board;
Two (2) positions for one (1) year terms on the School Board; and
One (1) position for a three (3) year term on the Water and Sewer District Board
of Trustees.
Nomination papers may be picked up at the Washburn Town Office between the hours of 7:00 and 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Friday. Papers must be returned to the Town Office no later than Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. The municipal election will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019, with the Town Meeting being held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.
